KVCO Services Pvt. Ltd. is a fast‑growing business and finance advisory company based in Jaipur, Rajasthan, with presence across Jaipur, Mumbai, and New Delhi. Founded in 2017–2018, KVCO has established itself as a trusted name in specialized finance, structured funding, and business advisory services.

Our key strength lies in a deep‑rooted and seasoned team, strong industry insight, robust processes and standards, and a wide, sector‑specific network of strategic lenders and investors. We have worked extensively across industries and have successfully handled ₹2,000+ crore worth of proposals, including some of the most challenging and financially stressed transactions.

Mr. Lalit Kumar Jain

Experienced as Dy General Manager at State Bank of Bikaner & Jaipur and Managing Director at a co-operative Bank, had a demonstrated history of working in the banking industry. Skilled in Business Planning, Banking, Credit Analysis, Commercial Banking, and Treasury. Strong business development professional with a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) focused in Law from Rajasthan University. At present also Director in leading NBFCs.

B. L. Acharya

Experienced as Dy General Manager with Aditya Birla Group and Welspun India Ltd. He also worked with Siyaram’s Silk Mills Ltd., Hindalco Industries Ltd., Indian Rayon Industries Ltd. Carries vide industry experience of more than 30 years. Carries expertise in capital market.

Senior Advisors

Vimal Kumar Acharya

Practicing CA Professional with more than 24 years industry and practicing experience. He has worked with Bosch Limited and MTS (earlier Shyam Group) as a controller. He has been a CII Business Excellence Assessor.

He carries deep understanding in providing varied standard as well as customized financing solutions including special situation financing. He has developed a wide network of banking, non-banking, institutional, HNI lender / investors over a period to cater variety of requirements of an end customer.

Kirti Kumar Acharya

Practicing CA Profession for past 18 years. He has his expertise in Project Financing and benefitted many clients with arrangement of cost effective and critical means of finance. He has been advisory to many banking and other institutions. He has been meritorious in his academics.
